  • Not show signs of misuse, damage, or excessive wear caused after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

3. Return Timeframe

Customers must submit a return request within 7 days of receiving their order.

Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for return or refund.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for purchase.

  • Refunds may take up to 5–10 Business Days to appear in your account depending on your payment provider or bank.

5. Exchanges

Subject to stock availability, replacement products will be shipped after the original item has been verified.

After verification, we may offer:

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Products damaged through misuse, negligence, or improper handling

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable

8. Return Shipping Costs

If the Return Is Due To:

Blendrix will bear the return shipping costs.

If the Return Is Due To:

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer

  • No longer wanting the product

The customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping charges paid during the original purchase are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
